MacGrid offers a 30-day refund window from the original purchase date.
Refund requests
If you purchased MacGrid and want a refund within 30 days of purchase, email us at support@trymacgrid.com. Include the email address used at checkout, your Paddle receipt if available, and any details that help explain the issue.

When refunds apply
Refunds are typically available when MacGrid does not work as described, a billing mistake or duplicate purchase occurred, or a customer contacts us within the 30-day refund window with a reasonable issue related to the purchase.
How we handle refunds
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Timing can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
License impact
If a refund is issued, the associated license may be disabled and any future activations may stop working.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under local law.
