Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the MacGrid website, downloads, purchases, and app. MacGrid is operated by Qiwei Yang as a sole proprietor.
Use of MacGrid
You may download, install, and use MacGrid for your own lawful use. You agree not to abuse the service, interfere with the app or website, or use MacGrid in a way that violates applicable law.
Merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides payment processing and handles returns.
Purchases and licenses
MacGrid licenses are sold as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. After a completed purchase, the license key is delivered on the purchase success page for activation in the MacGrid app. License keys are personal to the purchaser and should be kept private. Sharing or abusing a license key may result in suspension or disablement of that license.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy, together with any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under law.
Availability
We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of MacGrid at any time. We aim to keep the website and app available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Liability
MacGrid is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.
